表題のとおり、ではなく、実はすごく残念でした。とある人との会話から、「万博終わっても、すぐに壊したりしないでしょ。解体してても、安全ヘルメット持っていったら、間違えて入れてくれるかも」なんて、適当な会話していました。
でも、この現代社会において、会期が終わって即、ドバイ万博跡地を解体（更地に）するのは、サスティナビリティに配慮する今の世界ではちょっと想像できない。ミラノ万博の時もネット記事を見てたら、会場跡地は再利用されると書いていたのを思い出しました。調べてみたら、何やら跡地は複合施設として賑わってるらしい。

で、調べてみたら「district2020」てのがある様。なんでも、会場の80％を再利用して、世界の企業に入居いただき、人と物の欧州と亜細亜の中間点に拠点を提供するつもりらしい。しかも、ドバイは予算をかけて、宇宙開発も、観光立国もロードマップに載せて、着実に進めている様子。入居開始は2022.09のようです。
